SHIPPING POLICIES

  1. The STANDARD shipping method is by USPS for domestic shipments in the United States only.

  2.  Packages take 3-5 days to arrive after shipping. Ask for express shipping option.
  3. Free shipping on orders over $50

     

    1) Prosecution

    1. Orders are processed from Monday to Friday.

    2. Shipping times do not include processing time which can take 2-4 days.

    3. We do not process orders on holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years.

     

    2) Incorrect Address

    We are not responsible if the address entered is incorrect or insufficient. The customer is responsible for paying the fee for the second Shipment if it is returned for that reason.

     

    3) Traking Your Order

    Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

     

     REFUND POLICIES

    1) Lost Packages

    We are only responsible for packages lost in transit to their destination. If your order is marked as delivered and is lost at the final destination, we will not replace your order.

     

    2) Refund

    Vochel Jewelry LLC does not offer any refunds.

     

    3)Exchanges (If applicable)

    • All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return.
    • We only replace defective or damaged items. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including its original packaging.
    • Changes for broken or damaged parts have up to 3 days maximum after arrival.
